We are hiring a website back-end developer for a start-up (diversification from a parent company). The start-up is about e-commerce selling Muslim fashion.

Job Description :

The website developer will develop our e-commerce website’s coding, we need algorithms to give discount to our potential customers whenever they buy more products from us. The successful candidate will grow our product stack in web, and back office suite. Additionally, they should have technology management skills.

Requirements :

1. Write “clean”, well-designed code

2. Fresh graduate who have experiences in multiple projects during college time (e-commerce related), and 1-year experiences working in e-commerce related.

3. Help develop the architectural strategy for product releases 
and communicate with the web designers that the company outsources.

4. Work with Management team and product team

5. Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
6. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
7. Stay attuned to bleeding edge technologies that may impact our tech stack
8. We must maintain at least a 5-second load time during 100,000 simultaneous/concurrent requests
9. Develop QA processes to ensure less than 2% of deployments contain bugs (that are pushed to live environment.
10. Help develop ideas from within the tech team that improves the business. Not only in tech but sales, merchandising etc.
11. Work closely with the Recruitment team to create a hiring plan and be an integral part of the recruitment decision- 
making process for additional technology employees. Most of all you will need to build a personal brand in Indonesia to attract the industries best talent.
12. Manage all infrastructure implementation (Hosting, CDN, load balancing et. al), balancing cost with performance.
13. Ensure sites / apps have a 99% up time once launched.
14. Instill a positive culture in the office.
