TECHNICAL SUPPORT / JUNIOR TECHNICAL CONSULTANT RISE Solutions

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• As first level support, work closely with end users, gathering requests, identifying issues, and provide solutions.
• Working closely with other support team (2nd level support), project team, and principals.
• Install, configure hardware (desktop/laptop, POS terminal, peripherals) and software (POS, CRM, office automation) at client sites throughout the country.
• Log and update requests/issues in Helpdesk system. Monitor and closely support end-users according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Reports to Project Manager and/or Support Manager.
Persyaratan Pengalaman :
Having 2-3 years of experience as technical support or similar position; fresh graduates with good academic results, good analytical skills, and hands-on practices are welcome for Junior position.
• Preferably having one or more hands-on skills in SQL language, database (MS SQL Server), XML/SOAP, web services, Apache Tomcat, Java, ETL tools (Pentaho).
• Experience in retail/consumer goods industry is a plus.
• Experience in CRM system, Point of Sales (POS) system, or merchandise/inventory system is a plus.
• Having good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; Good English proficiency, self-motivated, and is a team player.
• To be stationed in Jakarta office but is willing to travel/visit client’s sites (stores/branches) in multiple locations throughout the country.
• Willing to be stationed temporarily or permanently at client sites as on-site technical support.
Graduated (minimum S1 Degree or D3 Polytechnic Diploma) with good academic results majoring Information Technology/Management, Computer Science, or other related fields.
