Employment Management System (manpower plan, recruitment/ selection, orientations program, Peraturan Perusahaan, Job Description,etc)
Having role as company’s strategic partner to build and improve General HR system (recruitment, industrial relation and development, compensation & benefit, policies & procedures) to meet company’s vision and mission
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Manage the implementation of all HR & GA function
Manage and advise company policies and collective labour agreements
Coordinate with higher management level on vacant position
Offer the employee agreement proposal
Persyaratan Pengalaman :
Contoh : Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang akutansi
Diisi dengan keahlian yang dibutuhkan, contoh :
– Menguasai Sistem ERP
– Menguasai Microsoft Office
Female only, Age 28 – 40 Years Old
Bachelor degree/Master degree of Psychology Human Resource Management or equivalent from reputable university
Proficiency in English is a must, both oral and written.
Candidate must have highly developed communication skills (oral and written).
Fully understanding of Indonesian manpower related regulation.
Self driven, good manner and strong analytical skill.
Well-organized, disciplined, presentation, negotiation and good communications skill.
Have a high motivation, high endurance and achievement responsibility in completing the work.
Good personality, creative, high integrity, and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.
Good administrative, planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
Having good analytical thinking and leadership
Familiar with MS. Office and Internet
