* Ensure consistent and quality of food production.
* Perform tasksin a timely manner.
* Work mainly with the pastry section of the kitchen.
* Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control.
* Provide support to the Kitchen brigade.
* Meet all health and hygiene requirements.
Persyaratan Pengalaman :
Should have minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the same fi
* Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef working with pastry.
* Proven ability to work with a team,follow instructions and multitask.
* A passion to learn and a drive to succeed in a culinary career.
* Proof of completionof a basic food hygiene course.
* A passion for food and the culinary arts.
* Demonstrates adequate pastry skills and operations.
* Be able to plan and prepare for restaurant and catering B.E.O’s.
* Max. 28 years old.
* High school diploma minimum.
* Understanding the job and instructions given.
* Responsible, punctual, honest, hard worker, discipline and commitment on work.
* Living around Tangerang area.
