Job Description
 Understand customer feedback and interaction channels and develop appropriate customer support systems.
 Follow best practices to attend to customer support tickets via email and web app.
 Create a customer support knowledge cloud where all pre-determined support data is present.
 Handle everyday support tickets and respond accordingly, forward ticket to IT team or Business Manager if critical.
 Identify a suitable customer support SaaS platform such as Salesforce, Zopim, Zendesk and implement it for support management.
 Liaise with the web and mobile development team to update support related materials into the website.
 Make regular reports on critical feedback with metrics indicating customer trends, satisfaction quotient and other relevant factors to suggest product enhancement scope.
 In addition to the above, will be required to make cold calls with Bus Operators and schedule meetings, which will be followed up by the local BD/ Sales team.
