Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or meeting
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
• Provide pricing, quotation if needed, and delivery information
• Perform customer verifications
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, customer databases ,and monthly report
• Communicate and coordinate with team
• Follow up on customer by phone or email
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
