Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Attracts customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Maintains all coustomer transaction
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
Highly communicative, organized, reliable and on time
Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Resolving Conflict and Analyzing Information
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines
Able to proactively think ahead, come up with new ideas and improve existing situation
Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
