• Handling finance transaction and customer information.
• Ability to manage confidential information.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Do daily closing & Control A/P
• Check billing from vendor ( trucking, freight, etc ) in the system before payment.
• Monitoring all the subordinates jobs
• Entry Memo Journal / Adjustment / Accrual into system
• Verify all journal transactions in the system and do period closing
• Prepare A/R Report, container deposit, A/P and sent by email as ussual ( weekly )
• Do confirmation A/R with customer every month & file the confirmation letter
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Report, Invoicing
Persyaratan Pengalaman :
Min 1 year Experience
• Having a good knowledge in MS. EXCEL, TAX, and ACCOUNTING LIFE CYCLE.
• Fast learning, Hardworker and able to work under pressure
• Computer proficiency and familiar with internet.
• Ready to work immediately.
