We are the largest independent tanker owner and operator in Indonesia in terms of DWT capacity as of March 31, 2015, according to Drewry, providing crude oil, petroleum products and LPG shipping services and shipyard services principally to companies operating in the domestic oil and gas and chemical sectors. As of March 31, 2015, we owned and operated a total of 35 vessels with an aggregate capacity of 1.3 million DWT, of which 34 were Indonesian-flagged tankers, including 18 oil tankers, of which two are the only Indonesianflagged VLCCs, 12 chemical tankers, three gas tankers and two FSO tankers.

We also operate a shipyard the first phase of which comprises a total land area we estimate is approximately 50 hectares and has a coast line of 1.3 kilometers, and which commenced providing shipbuilding services in 2012. We also intend to offer ship repair and maintenance services to third parties and to our own vessels after the completion of our floating dry dock, which is currently under construction.
