Cantik Bali Villas is an Australian Online Travel Agency, base in Sydney. The company works under the group flagship of Online Booking Group (OBG). We are currently opening several ADMIN ASSISTANCE STAFF position for our Bali Office with below details :

Position Description :
Admin assistant staff main role is to overlook the data loading, consistently maintain the product competitiveness, reply inquiries, and assist the partner to use our extra net.

Position Responsibilities :
• To check the data competitiveness and ask the supplier for up-date as necessary
• for a faster loading, admin Staff shall whenever asked/required by the villa to assist the data loading and maintenance
• Actively propose alternative accommodation when the requested accommodation become not available.
• Always ready for new duties and assignment

Required Skills & Experience :
• Tourism or hospitality back ground
• Able to operate the extra net, training will be provided
• Proficiency in English

Required Personality :
• Intellectual, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationship, team player
• Action-oriented,
• Attention to details
• Ability to multi-task effectively

Relationship Management :
