Sunaina SPA works for body treatment and beauty. We need Operational Manager, Accounting Staff and Therapist who is competent in knowledges, skills and attitude.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Implement policies, procedures, and organizational structure for assigned operating unit within the framework of corporate policy.
– Assist in the establishment and ensure compliance of operational unit’s short-term and long-term goals with overall corporate objectives.
– Plan, staff, and supervise all assigned work unit activities through subordinate managers to ensure a cohesive operational unit.
– Able to write and carry out SOP.
– Able to conduct training to staff.

Persyaratan Pengalaman :

Minimum experience 1 year in operational managerial

Keahlian :

– Provide support to any number of projects from an operational, financial and resource standpoint.
– Responsible for developing strong field force.
– Provide advice, guidance, and direction to subordinate and manager toward their professional development.
– Monitoring availability and flow of personnel as well as hiring, motivating and assigning teams to projects.
– Coordinate and confer with professional staff to resolve operating problems and difficulties, and authorize department operational procedures within corporate framework. Serves as management team member.
– Perform additional assignments per Director’s direction.

Kualifikasi :

– Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
– Well groomed and well-presented.
– Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, an effective team player with good interpersonal skills and be motivated to continually strive for higher standards.
– Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior company executives.
– Be articulate and eloquent and, when coupled with his/her pleasant personality, will be persuasive in dealing with customers.
– A good command of English, both spoken and written.
