Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Capable to manage in/outgoing letters,files,filling documents and able to perform multi tasking skills.
– Take care of all Operation Manager Duty
– Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
– Organized and coordinate meetings.
– Schedule appointments as well as coordinate travel to and from domestic and international locations.
– Familiar with Trading company, Forwarding, all about Export and Import
Persyaratan Pengalaman :
– Good operation in Computer and internet skill
– Fluent in english
– Male of Female, Max 30 years old with good personality
– Graduate Bachelor Degree from a reputable academy, preferably majoring in Management or Agriculture
– Fluent in English
– At least 2 years of working experience in Personal Assistant , Import handling or Feedmill sector is Preffered
– Must be proficient in computer Operation
– Hard worker and can work under pressure with tight deadline
– Flexible and willingness to work overtime and travel, as needed.
